Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern purchases from Southern Peptide Co.. They are interim Australian-oriented terms and remain subject to legal review. By ordering you agree to these Terms and our Research Use Disclaimer.

1. Seller

Daniel Wilkins trading as Southern Peptide Co. (ABN 43 480 927 410), Sydney, NSW, Australia. Enquiries via the Contact page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to purchase research reagents for lawful laboratory use. We may request verification and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products & descriptions

Products are research chemicals. Specs (purity, form, size) are provided in good faith. Minor batch variation may occur. Buyers remain responsible for confirming that purchase and use are lawful in their jurisdiction.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. Title passes on full payment and delivery according to our shipping terms.

5. Research-only use

All sales are subject to the Research Use Disclaimer. Products are not for human consumption and are not TGA-approved medicines.

6. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept when payment clears and we confirm dispatch (or earlier written confirmation). We may cancel for stock, pricing error, or compliance concerns and will refund where payment was taken.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory rules, our liability is limited to resupply or refund of the affected products. We are not liable for misuse, unlawful use, or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
