Shipping & Returns

This policy describes how Southern Peptide Co. fulfils research orders within Australia. Exact dispatch timing for each order is confirmed at checkout until a published daily cutoff is available.

1. Shipping areas

We ship Australia-wide to verified research and business addresses. International orders may be declined for compliance reasons.

2. Processing & dispatch

Founders Pre-Order (through 30 Sep 2026): all pre-launch orders paid in this window dispatch on 1 October 2026. After that date, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment, subject to stock and compliance checks.

3. Carriers, rates & tracking

We ship Australia-wide via Express Post. Shipping is charged at Stripe Checkout, not after fulfilment:

• A$15 AU Express on product subtotals under A$100.
• Free AU Express when the product subtotal is A$100 or more (catalogue prices, before any promo code entered on Stripe).

Tracking details are emailed when available. Risk of loss passes on delivery according to our Terms, subject to ACL guarantees.

4. Packaging

Products are lyophilised research reagents packed for transit. Follow the storage instructions provided with your order (typically refrigerate or freeze as labelled).

5. Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are generally not accepted once dispatched, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. major failure) or if we shipped the wrong item. Contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect shipments, with photos and order number.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing may take several business days.

7. Research-only reminder

Receipt of goods does not change the research-only restrictions. Not for human consumption. Not TGA-approved medicines.
